1. Staff have been exposed to covid-19 as of last Thursday (todays date is 11/15/2020). 2. Both one staff and one youth tested positive for Covid-19. Before that the CFO of teaching family homes was exposed 2 weeks prior and has yet to inform the entire company leaving everyone that he has been in contact at our site office exposed and unaware, when asked directly about it our HR department said that a statement would be sent out to all staff the following day but that was nearly 2 weeks ago. 3. Since then the site office has "closed" with no explanation to the direct care staff making it very difficult to get each youth to their scheduled teletherapy/ PA visits. 4. The site office sent out an email for only site workers about the possible exposure and each employee there was given the opportunity to work from home, no such email was sent out to any other employee of TFH so the only people who currently know about the situation with the CFO are on site workers and those who have heard via word of mouth. 5. So far there has been no training on how to properly use our PPE so that staff may stay safe from the virus and staff have just been given differing documents that "need" to be filled for our personal health and minimize risk but only the month of October has been collected by our site office for our health questionnaire forms (We have had to fill these out since August).2 weeks ago •reported by user-vwvrq987 • details
