1. Not following protocols for covid19. 2. Forcing employees into work knowing they've been exposed. Employees have gotten calls from the health dept and were told to quarantine and Lear is telling them to come into work. 3. They are taking employee temperatures inside the building. 4. They are not cleaning 5. Not keeping social distancing. 6. They are telling some people they've been exposed 15 days ago. They shut down for 8hrs and did a cleaning for 8hrs I heard if was a fog.
