Employer is telling employees who have tested positive for COVID to come into work. Employer is not alerting coworkers of close contact exposure with coworkers who have tested positive for COVID-19. Employer has a sign stating anyone entering the building has to wear masks, patients at times will but many are not. Employer is not enforcing the mask mandate.
