5766 Prospect Drive, Newburgh, 47630 Indiana, United States

No masks are being worn or required. Signs were posted but the owner doesn't follow the guidelines or make anyone else follow them. There's also little social distancing. There were 5 confirmed cases in the small business, and employees were harassed and shamed if they quarantined for a negative result. They were told outright they needed to return to work if negative. Everyone has now returned and still no masks, even after the outbreak. Employees will be fired or pushed out for reporting. Earlier this year a mask mandate was started at the business, and the owner ripped down the signs and said the next person who mentioned a mask would be fired.
