Fox club apartments on the south side of Indy off of Keystone has multiple office employees who have been exposed to a positive COVID case multiple days and are still open to the public and working around residents and other employees. The management refuses to do anything about this and are not even implementing social distancing measures to protect the public or its employees. They have also refused to let the employees that have been exposed to miss any time from work in order to get tested unless they have active symptoms meaning they would have exposed multiple more people before they would even be allowed to be tested without being punished by management.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-11-15
