Oil leaking from machines, onto floor, especially by saws, water also. Extension cords on floor. Large pallet racks not anchored to floor or wall. No safety glasses, no steel toe shoes. Reaching in machines while running, releasing coolant and oils into the streets. Smoking inside of building, No ventilation in building, roof leaks so water on floor.
