Room flooding almost every time it rains- possible mold in room as the room just gets mopped Air pockets in the floor- possible mold; tripping hazard Client sinks leak during use. One program(out of 2) is out of service, possibly due to covid- no cleaning was done in those rooms; lots of shared space between both programs why isn't everyone quarantined. What is the Exact Location of the Hazards (E.G.
