An employee has tested positive for COVID. Without cleaning the offices, or taking any safety precautions, most of the staff were told by management that they had to return to the building today. Members of the staff who felt ill today, but hadn't yet been tested for COVID, were reprimanded for asking to go home to self-isolate/be tested. Employees have also been told that they must continue to meet face-to-face with members of the community, even though none of the employees has had enough time to self-isolate or be tested for COVID properly. Many of the employees may be asymptomatic and they are concerned that they will end up endangering their lives and the lives of the greater community.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-10-15
