1. There have been several cases of COVID-19 in the warehouse. The employer is not requiring employees who were exposed to the infected person(s) to quarantine. 2. Employees are exposed through the use of shared forklifts, scanners, and computers. There are not clear procedures for cleaning equipment between uses. 3. Employees are wearing masks under their chins and with their noses exposed, but management has not taken action to enforce proper mask use. 4. The employer does not inform employees of possible exposures in the workplace. Employees only hear that there are positive COVID-19 cases through information from other employees and rumors.Alleged Hazards: 4, Employees Exposed: 100
