1. The employer is not enforcing COVID-19 prevention protocols, such as quarantine for positive employees, cleaning and sanitizing the facility during an outbreak of COVID-19, and providing appropriate personal protective equipment for employees who care for COVID-19 positive residents or residents who require other special precautions. 2. The employer does not provide employees, who work directly with quarantined residents, with PPE such as face shields and gowns. 3. Quarantined residents receive personal and medical care while they are suspected of having COVID-19, but they do not receive housekeeping while they are in quarantine, which places caretakers at greater risk. 4. Employees who are assigned to care for residents are not notified whether the resident/patient requires special precautions.

“The FSA announced the recall of Boots Multivitamins supplements by Boots because they have been incorrectly packed with multivitamins containing iron. This resulted in vitamin K not being present within the supplement and iron incorrectly added to the supplements instead. Iron has not been mentioned... See Moreon the label.
