1. Employees are exposed to COVID-19. The employer does not notify employees after positive cases are identified in the workplace. Applicable Standard: Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 2. Employees are exposed to COVID-19. The employer does not clean and sanitize workstation/area of employees who test positive for COVID-19 as recommended by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC). Applicable Standard: Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 3. Employees in the facility are exposed to COVID-19. The employer allows employees who have tested positive for COVID-19, or who believe to have been exposed to COVID-19, to continue to work without requiring employees to self-quarantine as recommended by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC).
