1. Employees working in the "T" point area of the facility at 5700 S. Cicero Ave. in Chicago, Illinois are exposed to COVID-19. The employer does not ensure that all manager, supervisors and employees wear a face mask continuously through out their work shift. The employer does not ensure that all employees practice social distancing as recommended by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC). Employee lunchrooms are filled to full capacity at lunch time.
