1. Employees are exposed to slip, trip and fall hazards due to the front windows are boarded up and the light in the front reception area is not functioning. Applicable OSHA Standard 29CFR 1910.303 2. Employees are exposed to soft tissue injuries. The employer does not have a continues or effective ergonomics program in place for employees that lift boxes. Applicable OSHA Standard Section 5a1 of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 3. Employees are exposed to Covid-19. The employer does not enforce the use of face covings for employees or clients., as recommended by the CDC.
