1. Environmental Services Department employees clean rooms that were occupied by COVID-19 positive patients. The employees are allowed only one disposable mask per week, as a result most of the employees have stopped wearing the masks. 2. Employees and managers in the Environmental Services Department do not practice social distancing or wear masks during department meetings. Supervisors remove their masks when speaking during these meeting. The social distancing markers in the meeting room have been moved from 6' apart to 3' apart because it is hard hear what is being said.Alleged Hazards: 2, Employees Exposed: 35
