Employees are exposed to the SARS-CoV-2 virus while working in the facility. Employer is not enforcing CDC Guidelines specifically social distancing and proper hand washing after having contact with students. Applicable OSHA Standard: Section 5(a)(1) of OSH Act. Employees are not provided with the proper PPE , i.e. gowns, gloves, face shields, when working in close proximity to constituents during restraining incidents exposing them to the SARS-CoV-2 virus.
