Regulatory Report

Covid-19 OSHA Complaint, Sullivan County - General Session Court - Bristol, 801 Anderson Street, BRISTOL, TN, 37620, USA

4 years ago business

801 Anderson Street, Bristol, 37620 Tennessee, United States

General Sessions Court is operating at full capacity, and not following any of the safety protocols it agreed to when the Supreme Court of Tennessee said in-person court could resume. No cleaning or sanitizing of courtrooms, people on top of each other in the hallways with masks under their noses or chin-strapped or not wearing one at all, no taking of temperatures at the door, and the sheriffs office, many of them wear these face shields that only cover the bottom portion of their faces. Each of these big docket days has the potential to be a super-spreader event. It is not safe for employees or the general public.
