1) Employees are not social distancing to prevent the spread of COVID-19. 2) Employees do not wear masks at all times. 3) The employer is not informing employees when there has been a positive case of COVID-19. 4) Beer is leaking from the machines, creating a slip hazard for employees. 5) The machines have mold and mildew on them. 6) Employees are not provided with proper PPE when handling cleaning products containing ammonia. 7) Employees are not properly trained on the hazards and safe use of the cleaning products. 8) Spray bottles of cleaning products are not properly labeled.
