Due to positive cases in the store, there is a concern of the following: 1. Areas where employees that worked while being positive for the COVID-19 virus are not being properly sanitized to reduce the exposure to the virus. 2. Wearing of masks is not enforced for employees and customers in the store. They either do not wear a mask or they wear it only covering their mouth. 3. The employer does not inform all employees that had contact with a COVID positive employee of the possible exposure to the virus.
