Within the last week or two, employees have been exposed to multiple people with COVID-19. There have been three employees test positive and when the employees first notify management that they feel sick or do not feel well, management tells them to continue working regardless. Once the employees find out that they are positive with COVID-19, the company does not even shut down for a couple of hours to clean or wipe down. The employer barely wants to send the employees home and the other employees do not feel safe. Employees come into contact with each other in the break room and outside in the smoking area. Employees are also moved around because everyone is able to do all the jobs, so the virus is spreading throughout the whole building.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-12-22
