THROUGHOUT THE FACILITY 1. The employer does not provide adequate protective gloves for use by employees, in that either no gloves or incorrectly sized gloves are available during activities such as but not limited to pat and cell searches, handling keys, and serving food. Improperly sized gloves easily tear during use. 2. Cloth masks that are provided by the employer to control the transmission of SARS-CoV-2 do not fit employees properly, in that they fall off the face when used. 3. Employees are not informed when they come into contact with someone who has tested positive for or has symptoms of COVID-19. IN 2 BUILDING 4. Water leaks due to flooding when it rains has resulted in unhealthy air quality in the housing units. Black mold is growing on the walls and ceilings. 5. Wet floors due to water leaks referenced in item 4 creates a slip and fall hazard for employees.Alleged Hazards: 5, Employees Exposed: 300
