1) Employees are exposed to health hazards related to the employer not cleaning and sanitizing the workplace regularly per CDC (Center for Disease Control and Prevention) guidelines after employees tested positive for COVID-19. 2) Employees are exposed to health hazards in that the employer is allowing employees who have tested positive for COVID-19 to work with symptoms of the virus, such as fever. 3) The employer is exposing employees to struck by hazards by allowing employees to operate a forklift (Big Red) on site that does not have a properly functioning brake system.Alleged Hazards: 3, Employees Exposed: 15
