1. Employees working on the B line are exposed to trip hazards in that a shovel is placed across the walking path to hold up the conveyor guide rail. 2. Employees working on the B line are exposed to struck-by hazards in that the pallets do not come off of the conveyor correctly, requiring employees to intervene. 3. Employees working on the B line are exposed to fire hazards in that wood shavings / filler material is accumulated in excess beneath and around the conveyor system. 4. Employees are exposed to health hazards related to the employer not cleaning and sanitizing the workplace regularly per CDC (Center for Disease Control and Prevention) guidelines after employees tested positive for COVID-19. 5. Employees are exposed to health hazards related to the employer providing sanitizing wipes that are not kept in the original container with the ability to keep the wipes from becoming contaminated by dirt and debris.Alleged Hazards: 5, Employees Exposed: 20
