The employer is not implementing precautions to protect employees from contracting and spreading the Coronavirus (COVID-19) in the workplace: a) Administrative and work practice controls are not in place to prescreen or survey employees prior to the commencement of work. b) Employees that are known or suspected to be infected with COVID-19 are allowed to report to work without proper screening, quarantining or following a Return to Work policy that complies with the DOLI/VOSH Emergency Temporary Standard §16VAC25-220. c) The proper wearing (covering nose and mouth) of face coverings/masks by employees is not enforced.
