The employer is not implementing precautions to protect employees from contracting and spreading the Coronavirus (COVID-19) in the workplace: a) Employees that were in close contact with employees that tested positive were not notified within 24 hours. b) The wearing of face masks/covering is not being enforced. c) The proper wearing (covering nose and mouth) of face coverings/masks by employees is not enforced. d) Meetings are being held where employees are less than 6 feet apart, unable to socially distance and not required to wear face masks/coverings. e) Shared hand tools are not cleaned and disinfected in between uses from different workers. f) After an employee(s) tested positive for COVID-19, the work area and tools/equipment utilized was not cleaned and disinfected. g) Employees do not have access to cleaning supplies and disinfectant across the work area or for the porta johns.Alleged Hazards: 7, Employees Exposed: 89
