The employer did not follow Pennsylvania Department of Health and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines for preventing exposure to COVID-19 in the workplace in that: 1. There isn't any hand sanitizer in the hand sanitizer stations located in the building and one unit is broken. 2. Face masks are not worn or not worn properly. 3. Work areas and common areas of employees that have tested positive have not been cleaned after learning they tested positive. 4. Employees that have tested positive are permitted to work.Alleged Hazards: 4, Employees Exposed: 300
