The employer is allowing employees to enter the facility to work after the employee returned from traveling to another state and before receiving a negative coronavirus test or quarantining for 10 days in accordance with Pennsylvania Department of Health guidelines potentially exposing coworkers to SARS-CoV-2. 2. The employer has not established policies and practices for social distancing and physically separating employees from each other in accordance with Pennsylvania Department of Health and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines.
