1. Employees that pressurize tanks using nitrogen are not provided with sniffers to detect leaks. 2. Employees are required to pressurize tanks that are clearly marked "Do Not Pressurize". 3. Employees are being forced to come into work when displaying symptoms of COVID. Employees are disciplined if they try to stay home from work when symptomatic. 4. Floors within the facility are falling in due to overloaded with weight. 5. There is a 40 foot section of wall that has separated from the building and is leaning approximately 6 or more inches.Alleged Hazards: 5, Employees Exposed: 1
