Regulatory Report

Covid-19 OSHA Complaint, Policia de Puerto Rico dba Distrito de Guanica, Calle 13 de marzo # 51, GUANICA, PR, 00653, USA

5 years ago business

39 Calle 13 De Marzo, Guanica, 00653 Guánica, Puerto Rico

1. The Puerto Rican Police, in collaboration with courts, has determined that criminal cases brought before the court will be conducted through police barracks and districts despite and do not have adequate sanitary conditions or cleanliness and/or distance. On the day of 11 December 2020, approximately 8 cases were filed in which there were about 25 persons, who in groups between 5 and 7 (complainant, complainant, lawyers, police and witnesses) remained in a small room for several hours while the case was being brought before the judge. This situation violates the executive order of the government and also exposes both staff and visitors to possible infections with COVID-19, as they are in a closed and unventilated place for a long time, in addition they have to talk to the judge and sometimes remove the mask. 2. We don't have proper cleaning products outside of what we use on our property. We have expressed our concern with our chain of command (District Commander) and they indicate that we must follow instructions and do the work, regardless of our health and safety. Location: PR Police District of Guanica.
