Hazard Description: Employee alleges that employer does not have health monitor onsite and insufficient process when conducting employee health surveys. Employee alleges that employer is not disinfecting frequently touched surfaces in areas that are commonly used and not enforcing six foot social distancing of employees in common areas. Areas of concern are bathrooms, registers, register counters, credit card machines, bagging areas, doors, computers, and phones. Employee alleges that employees are continually allowed/encouraged by employer to congregate in small, huddled groups that aren't necessary to complete their job tasks. Employee alleges that employer allows employees to wear face coverings improperly, exposing their nose. It was also alleged that sometimes masks are not worn. Employee alleges unsanitary bathroom conditions. Employee alleges emergency exits and egresses are blocked. Employee alleges that fire extinguishers are blocked. Employee alleges that door on mezzanine landing opens in a manner that employees are often hit in the face.
