1. The employer is not enforcing COVID-19 guidelines in building 912 and facility wide in that social distancing is not being enforced and/or barriers being used in area where social distancing cannot be maintained, the restrooms are out of soap and paper towels and at least 3/4 of the sanitizer stations are empty and employees cannot adequately sanitize for potential COVID-19 exposure. 2. The employer is not enforcing social distancing and mask wearing. Employees are wearing their masks improperly and not fully covering their mouths and noses. Management has been made aware of the issues and frequently tell employees to wear the masks properly. Even with these reminders many employees continue to not fully cover their mouth and nose and when the supervisor leaves the area they are going back to wearing their masks on their chins exposing their fellow employees to potential exposure to COVID- 19.
