1. Employee working as patient service support tech was infected with COVID-19 and hospitalized on October 24, 2020 after she was required to work with COVID patients even though a doctor note stating that the pregnant employee was unable to work with COVID confirmed patients. The Doctor note was not honored and employee was required to work with COVID patients. 2. Patient Service Support techs are not required to wear N95 when working within close proximity to COVID patients. 3. Employee was hospitalized on October 24, 2020 and admitted to the ER and did not inform OSHA of hospitalization within the required 24 hours.Alleged Hazards: 3, Employees Exposed: 20
