1. Employees are required to work despite having possible COVID-19 symptoms. 2. The workplace is not sanitized after someone goes home sick with COVID-19 symptoms. 3. Employees are not being provided face coverings. 4. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to social distancing between employees and the public.
