1. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to employees wearing face coverings. The employees are required to wear face masks; however, the managers do not wear the face masks. A manager that lives of the property tested positive for the COVID-19 virus, does not wear a face mask and enters/exits the main office while she is in quarantine. 2. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to social distancing between employees and the public. The employees in the main office are not required to social distance. 3. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to providing the employees with personal protective equipment.
