1. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to social distancing between employees. During group meetings, hundreds of employees participate in group hugs in the workplace and managers want to meet in close proximity to employees. 2. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to employees wearing face coverings. Employees are not wearing masks in the workplace during group meetings and while participating in workplace activities.
