1. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to quarantining employees who are showing symptoms of COVID-19. Employees are being required to work while being sick and are advised that they will be terminated if they call in sick. There is one sick employee currently working in the restaurant and another sick employee is being required to work as well or risk being terminated.
