1. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to contacting the Southern Nevada Health District about suspected cases or exposures. 2. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to shutting down for deep cleaning and disinfection. Employees recently tested positive for COVID-19, and the employer did not conduct deep cleaning or disinfection. 3. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to sanitizing high-touch surfaces after each use. Employee workstations are not being sanitized, and supplies are not provided. 4. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to social distancing between employees and the public. Meetings between victims/witnesses are not socially distanced.
