1. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to employees wearing face coverings. An employee is using a face shield with towels taped to the sides. Weekend employees are only wearing face shields. 2. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to sanitizing high-touch surfaces after each use. The employer has reduced custodial services within the building. 3. The employer is informing employees that they are not responsible for covid-related issues due to 1099 status. 4. The employer initially introduced corrective actions following an OSHA inquiry but has since began to minimize those corrective actions.
