1. Organizers at the Casino & Hotel are not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to prohibiting public gatherings of 51 or more people at a given time. The employer has an event scheduled for the public to gather at the Back Nine Bar for a prize give away on September 6, 2020. The gathering is projected to have 800 people.
