1. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to social distancing between employees and the public. There is no social distancing in that employees are less than six feet away from patients who may be COVID-19 positive. The employer is not putting up a plexiglass barrier as required by mandate if six feet of social distancing is not possible. 2. The employer does not effectively quarantine potential positive cases in that they are allowed to use the same entrances, exits, hallways, and lobby.
