Alleged Hazards: 1. On May 27th, complainant received a call from the crew boss that he was positive for COVID-19 and that the crew would be stopped temporarily and everyone should go get tested. Complainant upset because employer did not arrange for them to be tested; they had to go on their own. 2. The crew boss returned to work in less than 14 days. She does not understand why he was allowed to come back to work prior to 14 days. 3. It is rumored other employees tested positive. Complainant worried those that test positive may be allowed to come back before 14 days. 4. Complainant has not been paid them for time the work was stopped due to COVID concerns. 5. Employees do not practice social distancing while in a groups of 4 to 5 and are not social distancing.Alleged Hazards: 5, Employees Exposed: 45
