1. Employees are exposed to fire hazards in that the main egress route is blocked by supplies received, contrary to 29 CFR 1910.37 (a)(3). 2. Employees are exposed to COVID-19 illness in that customers are being told to remove their facial coverings when they are sitting in the salon chair, thus exposing employees to illness, contrary to the OSH Act of 1970, General Duty Clause 5(a)(1).

I opened my mail box to get some mail, and I saw a package. I didn't order anything, so I was a bit suspicious. I opened the package and I knew I didn't order it. The package had two acne and darkspot removal. I even got charged on my account.
