1. Employees are potentially exposed to health hazards associated with storage of chemicals. It was reported that chemicals in the workplace are not properly stored, Safety Data Sheets (SDS) are not maintained and the employer has not provided information to the employees about the hazardous chemicals to which they are exposed. Employer has not implemented an effective Hazard Communication program contrary to 29 CFR 1910.1200 2. Employees are being exposed to hazards associated with blocked emergency exits. It was reported that fire exits are blocked and obstructed. Contrary to 29 CFR 1910.37 3. Employees are potentially exposed to hazards associated with inaccessible fire extinguishers. It was reported that fire extinguishers in the facility are blocked and not readily accessible. Contrary to 29 CFR 1910.157 4. Employees are potentially exposed to unguarded machinery. It was reported that machine guards are not present and/or are not in use on manufacturing equipment. The employer has failed to protect employees from hazards in the machine area. Contrary to 29 CFR 1910.212 5. Employees are potentially exposed to electrical shock or electrocution hazards. It was reported there are exposed wires and damaged electrical outlets in the workplace. Contrary to 29 CFR 1910.303 6. Employees are potentially exposed to health hazards associated with COVID-19. It was reported that that the employer has not implemented precautions such as but not limited to social distancing, limiting amount of people inside the store at a time, PPE, or training workers about the hazards of COVID-19. Contrary to Section 5(a)(1) of the OSH Act
