The employer continue to exposed employees to the Corona Virus by having employees to continue to work without sanitizing the area of exposer. COVID-19 The employer has not developed an effective plan to address the specific exposure risks, sources of exposure, routes of transmission and other unique characteristics of SARS-CoV-2.
