Employees in the Psychiatric ward were told not to disclose their positive COVID-19 results to other employees which resulted in many of the other employees. Contact tracing was not done in the Psychiatric ward but was done in the COVID unit, further spreading the virus.Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 10
