Regarding Covid-19: 1. The employer is not ensuring or enforcing employees to always wear their face covering or to wear them properly over their nose and mouth, per MN Executive Order 20-81. 2. The employer is not notifying employees of direct contact with others that test positive for Covid-19. 3. The employer is not ensuring or enforcing that all employees conduct their daily health screening for Covid-19. 4. The employees do not have access to the facilities Covid-19 Preparedness Plan.

SKAM!!!!!!!!! I ordered a cross made out of horseshoes. Pieces were plastic and very small. Not cut right so nothing fit together. Worthless piece of junk! Had to try to put it together with many pieces and it is crooked and warped looking.
