1. Employees are symptomatic, but are told to come to work if their tests come back negative (Doctors orders are to quarantine for 10 days no matter what). 2. The break room (approx a 10x20 room) houses all of the equipment and radios, refrigerator, employee lockers, and a table. The equipment, refrigerator, lockers, and break table are not being sanitized. 3. The manger does not ask employees any of the 5 pre-work questions or take temperatures. The manager indicates that they are too busy to do that. Employees are signing a sheet in the morning which asks if they (the employee) have been around anyone who has been exposed or who has tested positive when in fact they have been exposed. 4. In the last week there has been an employee with a confirmed case of Covid, yet the manager has yet to inform employees.Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 1
