. The employer has been forcing employees to work even if they have symptoms or were directly exposed to the virus. They are doing daily screenings but are so short staffed they will tell their employees they have to stay at work or come to work despite being exposed. Employees were also threatened with being fired if they don't come to work if they are either sick or exposed to a positive COVID test. People were scared to be honest on their daily symptom/exposure checks due to this.
