1. A large portion of the workforce is not wearing a mask in the place of employment. The manager refuses to enforce its use under the false belief it's their right and/or their unwillingness to confront. 2. Employees have been forced to train new hires while in the same vehicle during a pandemic; a situation where employees are unable to social distance and the trainees are refusing to wear a mask. 3. This FedEx location has had the Michigan Department of Health called on them multiple times, including for carriers not wearing a mask in a nursing home. The health department recently forced the employer to conduct temperature checks. Now it's a workplace joke where people go around shooting each other with the temperature gun hoping they have COVID so they can go home.
