Masks use is not being enforced amongst the library staff, they do not do not wear masks or do not wear their masks properly when interacting with coworkers and the public. Social distancing is not being followed by staff members who work in close proximity to one another in shared spaces. No effort made to reduce staff to the minimum required for operations or stagger staff shifts No discussion of remote work opportunities for staff.
