An employee came to work while pending results of a covid test on 10/30/2020. The employee ended up getting a positive test result after the fact that she had worked all day long amongst patients and staff. She was in multiple areas of the building touching food/candy as well knowing that she had a pending covid test result. The employer did not make the employee stay home. We are told that if we are sick, we must still report to work and monitor symptoms at work. This is negligence on the employer as we could be exposing multiple people if we do have covid unknowingly. The employee who tested positive saw many patients throughout the day as well as staff members. There is a possibility that she may also have traveled to the Coolidge Rd office. Our offices see 100s of patients per day. No temperatures are taken at all for any location.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-11-02
